The present general sales conditions apply to all the orders placed at www.iosinterior.com. IO's Interior scs/gcv reserves the right to modify at any moment the present general sales conditions. By validating his/her order on the website the Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted present conditions without reserve, and renounces to take advantage of his/hers.

 

1. Order

The Buyer places his order on the website of IO's Interior following the procedure indicated to him. The IO's Interior automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The confirmation of the online order constitues an electronic signature which has, between IO's Interior and the Buyer, the same legal validity as a handwritten signature.

The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order by IO's Interior. IO's Interior reserves his right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, relating in particular to the supply of products, a problem with the order (eg. an order with abnormal quantities or amounts) or a foreseeable problem for upon delivery. IO's Interior will inform the Buyer by any means.

 

2. Price

Prices are indicated in euros and are only valid at the date of ordering. The prices can be changed at any time by IO's Interior. Only the prices indicated on the website of IO's Interior shall prevail between the parties. However the prices cannot be modified once the Buyer has placed his order.

The indicated prices do not include delivery charges.

The prices take into account the Belgian VAT applicable on the day of the ordering, and any change of the statutory rate of VAT will be automatically reflected in the price of the products presented on the site.

 

3. Payment

The Buyer can pay his order with a bank transfer or online by VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO. The Buyer guarantees IO's Interior that he has the necessary authorization to use the mode of payment chosen by him, during the confirmation of the purchase order. The debit for purchases on the customer's account is done at the time of the processing of the order.

The online payment allows the Buyer to pay the order via a bank server in a secured environment. The order validated by the Buyer will be considered final when the bank payment center has validated payment transaction.

IO's Interior reserves the right to suspend the processing and delivery in the case of a payment authorization by bank card being refused by officially accredited organizations or in the case of non-payment.

 

4. Delivery

The items are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering.

Wrong or not existing delivery addresses are the responsability of the Buyer and can result in extra costs. The Buyer must verify the state of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier, in the form of handwritten reserves on the delivery order, followed by the signing of the Buyer and send an e-mail to: ios.interior.be@gmail.com including photos of damage on the item, and this within 2 days after the delivery.

Transport charges are confirmed at the check out, before the final confirmation of the order. Transport charges will depend on the destination of delivery chosen as well as on weight and measurements.

The costs can not be challenged by the Buyer, as he has necessarily been informed when paying for his order. IO's Interior cannot be held responsible should an event of force majeure occur, affecting production, availability, transport or delivery of the product.

In case of non-delivery of the goods, the potential costs paid by the Buyer are paid back without any interest or other compensation.

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt or at the latest the next day. In-stock items are delivered in Belgium by BPost or Kiala (your choice), with an indicative delivery time of 4 working days. The possible delays do not entitle to compensation.

Items not present in stock and/or shipped out of Belgium are subject to a longer shipping time stated in the item description. In the context of international shipping, taxes and/or additional charges may be payable by the Buyer upon removal of the article.

 

5. Cancellation

Concerning the sale at distance (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), according to the Law of April, 6th 2010 of the Law of Commercial Practices, the Buyer may use his right of retraction without having to pay penalties, except for the costs of returning the goods, within a period of 14 days, starting as from the day of reception of the goods by the Buyer.

The Buyer must notify his/her cancellation by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, sent to: IO's Interior scs/gcv, Katleendreef 11, 3090 Overijse (Belgium) or by contacting IO's Interior by mail at: ios.interior.be@gmail.com, mentioning the reason for return.

In all cases, the return is carried out at the Buyer's own risk. It will be up to the Buyer to preserve any proof of return.

The returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale and in original packing. They cannot have been worn, used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration and they should be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged. This right of retraction is exerted without penalty, except for the transport charges wich remain at the cost of the Buyer.

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent within 48 hours of delivery of the order by email to the following address: ios.interior.be@gmail.com and include references to the relevant article and the specific grounds of complaint.

 

9. Responsibility

The Buyer is advised that the responsibility of IO's Interior, whatever the nature of the damage is, in any event, will be limited to the amount of the order.

In case of breach, the responsibility of IO's Interior could not be committed if the breach of contract of sale or its improper performance is attributable either to the Buyer, or to unpredictable and insurmountable a third party unconnected with the sale, or to a case of force majeure.

All elements posted on the site of IO's Interior are the property of IO's Interior or its partners and are protected by intellectual property rights.
